For sellers, we can assess your property based on current market trends as a guide.  However, in our experience sellers will sometimes put a sentimental value on their properties, we are more than glad to advertise your properties at a price that you are comfortable with.  An update will be provided to you periodically on progress achieved.

Should there be a need to review pricing structures, the seller will be advised.  At the end of the day this enables the seller to make an informed decision about the next step regarding their property.

We guarantee that we will be with you every step of the way until we handover your SOLD property to the buyer.

For the buyer/property investor, we will be glad to offer you properties available on our listings.  Should we not have what you are looking for specifically, we will go out of our way to ensure that you secure that property, be it your first home, commercial/office premises or investment property.  We will leave no stone unturned.

 

In the Letting Department, various necessary background checks are done to ensure that the right tenant is matched to the right property.  We guarantee that our tenants are well vetted, however, it is always wise to bear in mind that circumstances and indeed individuals may change over time.  It is always nice when individual circumstances change for the better, in some instances they change for the worst.  Some tenants will admit this much earlier on to avoid any embarrassment, not so for everyone.  We ensure that necessary steps are taken for a smooth transition from the one bad tenant to the next good one. We will follow through all the legal channels to ensure that all income lost through defaulting lessees is recovered, thus the lessor is guaranteed of his/her return on investment.
